EasyWay proposal submitted

July 2007

CORVETTE and the other EuroRegional projects plus the new ITHAKA EuroRegion (consisting of Greece, Romania, Italy and as project observer Bulgaria) submitted together the EasyWay project proposal addressing an EC DG TREN call for proposals. This call for proposals offers a framework to proceed with the successful cross-border  ITS projects. The structure and organisation of the EuroRegional projects had been evolved over several years and proved their effectiveness by carrying out important ITS projects.

The EC currently evaluates the proposal. It is expected to receive first evaluation results by the end of November 2007.
